Death Valley National Park
Perjalanan yang pernah saya dan keluarga lakukan adalah mengunjungi Red Rocks State Park di Sedona, sebuah kota padang gurun dekat Flagstaff yang dikelilingi oleh batu merah, dinding ngarai yang curam, dan hutan pinus. Daerah ini terkenal untuk para pecinta hiking dan piknik karena keindahan alamnya. Sedona berada di negara bagian Arizona, negara bagian di Amerika Barat yang terkenal dengan keindahan alamnya seperti sungai, pengunungan, hutan pohon pinus, danau, pantai, dan gurun. Kita dapat menikmati kombinasi dari berbagai destinasi alam sambil belajar tentang sejarah di beberapa kota seperti Sedona, Tuscon, Phoenix, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, dan Prescott.
This is an anti-mainstream hiking spot in Death Valley, called Mesquite San Dunes. Visitors can walk around this vast desert and try several different paths such as flat areas, or climb high sand dunes and walk on the top. It is highly recommended to take photos at the top of the hill from morning to afternoon because the sun is very supportive for making cool photos. Myself, my uncle and my brother spent approximately 3 hours traveling around the area quite far and capturing as many photos as we could. Apart from the desert, the view of the blue mountains in the background is also very stunning and seems like it can be reached just by walking because of the endless desert view.

These sharp rocks are chunks of salt on the surface of the lake valley which have dried up 2000 - 4000 years ago. Because the surface of this salt boulder is too sharp, it is called a place where the devil plays golf, because no one can walk on it.

This snow-white surface is a collection of salt with a composition of sodium chloride, calcite, gypsum and borax and has an area of 200 square km and is also the lowest point in North America with a height of 86m below sea level. You can explore this area by walking for approximately 40 minutes, walking on the white salt surface while enjoying views of the mountains and blue sky. When I visited here, the temperature was quite cold because it was winter, so I needed to wear a padded jacket to prevent colds and boots to protect my feet from surfaces that were covered in a little snow and became slippery.

This barren, golden-brown mountain landscape is made from sedimentary rock of the Lake Creek mountains that was eroded 5 million years ago and dried out over time. Zabriskie Point has very beautiful views at sunrise and sunset, so many tourists come to take photos. My uncle and nephew and I came to this place in the afternoon, so there wasn't much sunlight and the sky was cloudy. We spent approximately 1 hour here taking photos at several points and sitting and enjoying the view.
What Not to Miss ?
Don't forget to take a photo at the Death Valley National Park Sign as a souvenir, usually every National Park has this sign or sign as a photo spot. Apart from that, it is recommended to take photos in the toll road area when it is quiet, the mountain views are very beautiful as a photo background.
